Registration

Each week we can serve up to six trips. Each trip can include eight participants. Larger groups can book multiple trips on the same week in order to accommodate everyone. We encourage you to call us, so that we can give you the one-on-one planning assistance that will help you organize your group. We will take you through the registration process so that your group will be well prepared both physically, mentally, and Spiritually with all of the documentation needed.

Weeklong Experience (Saturday - Friday)

One group of up to eight participants: $2,900

For two groups: $2,800 each

For three or more groups: $2,700 each

Adult Short trip - (Saturday - Tuesday)

One group of up to eight participants: $2,500

Price Comparison

The Boundary Waters Experience (BWX) is particularly proud of our low price. We have worked hard to make this unique experience economical. Here is a comparison of our price to outfitters in the Ely area:

• $3,640 - Average price for a non-guided trip, through an outfitter.
• $8,200 - The average price for a guided trip (these are also without ministry focus).

We provide all of the equipment, planning, food, permits, a wilderness guide, AND, what the others do not offer - thoughtful Spiritual content planning and facilitation. We do this for one third of the price of other guided trips.
